You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The item received does not match the product description.

Note: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

To return a product:

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the product back to us. (Return shipping charges apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.)

3️⃣ Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.

  • Contact us within 7 days to request an exchange.

  • We will send the replacement product once we receive and inspect the returned item.

4️⃣ Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Partial refunds may apply if the product is not in its original condition or is damaged due to customer handling.

5️⃣ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or opened attor (perfume)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to negligence or improper use
